I've been back to my railway a couple of times since my last post. The latest weather conditions have made for interesting photographs. We'll see what spring brings.

Railway
I normally keep my personal study work private from my blog, but I've had a request to upload these so that they can be seen; obviously! My current brief is to document how nature takes back what man has discarded, so I've headed to a disused railway line. Its a great place, totally overgrown, neglected and very peaceful. I hope you like them.

Sally and Paul's Wedding
On the morning of Sally and Paul’s wedding I sat and watched the rain, praying for it to stop. No such luck. Sally and Paul’s wedding took place at Oakwell Hall on the wettest day ever. Between the down pours we managed to get a few shots outdoors of the happy couple, with umbrellas at the ready. Despite the weather it was a day full of smiles, dancing and laughing.

shakeys brother
In comparison to some, Shakeys Brother is a fairly new band on the music scene, despite this they still seem to have hit the ground running. Unsure of what to expect when I arrived, I can now say with confidence they are definitely worth a listen.

Snowboarding Fashion Shoot
I had totally forgotten about these images. Taken at the same time as the shoot with Rachel in Livigno, Italy, this is KT, a very good friend and snowboarding chum. Again you'll see a lot of her on my blog as she lets me take her photograph in some of the weirdest places and with the strangest fashions.

Livigno Shoot (Italy)
My brother and Rachel got married on the 9th of May 2009. A later honeymoon (due to the lack of snow in May) took them on a trip to livigno (Italy) in January and my fabulous sister in law agreed to take her wedding dress along for a very cold photo shoot. Despite this Rachel managed to smile throughout for me and I got some lovely shots.
